Direct Care Professional Site Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the house - Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents - Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene - Administer medications and monitor vital signs as needed - Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive living environment - Coordinate and communicate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff members - Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress - Assist with meal planning and preparation - Perform light housekeeping duties as necessary Requirements:
- First aid and CPR certification - Experience in a nursing home or assisted living setting preferred - Ability to lift and transfer residents safely - Knowledge of medication administration procedures - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and compassion - Experience working with individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities - Knowledge of childcare practices is a plus Note:
